From the ancestral home of all Scottish Whisky 

A limited edition scotch whisky bottling from Lindores Abbey Distillery. It was matured in bourbon barrels, STR wine barrqiues and Rum-peat finish.  Thi has been bottled at a cask strength of 60.9% abv and free from chill filtration.

Nestled in the ruins of one of the most important buildings in whisky history, Lindores Abbey whisky distillery have been producing a spirit based off of a recipe from 1494 for a few years, but now, we have some fantastic whisky to enjoy from these fine people.

    Nose: maple syrup, banana, dates and figs, apple, and spicy cinnamon. Caramelised demerara sugar with waves of earthy peat. 
    Palate: rich pear, roasted banana with spicy cinnamon, caramelised nutty almonds followed by distant waves of pleasant, smoky earthy peat. Very smooth velvety texture. 
     Finish: Long lasting with lots of character.
