For years Aultmore's output was used almost completely for the blending industry, with little being discreetly taken by the locals and enjoyed in local establishments. When Bacardi took over the distillery, one of their first projects was to bottle this lovely 12 year old single malt whisky in its own right, and we think they have done a pretty good job.
