We take great pride in the quality of our Scottish whiskies and gourmet food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact our Edinburgh shop via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure fragile glass bottles and food items are not damaged during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Send your package back to our Royal Mile location using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods to ensure seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
